  1. I would take the hitter, you can hide the poor defense but you can't hide the hitter.
  2. I play trivia at a bar every Wednesday night and the game is always on in the background and nobody pays much attention. Last night Westburg hits the home run and the entire place erupted. This is going to be a great year.
  3. Nothing is wrong, just an observation that he is not yet pulling the ball.
  4. I see 7 hits and 5 of them to the left of 2nd base.
  5. Seems like his hits are all to left field. Would like to see him start pulling the ball.
  6. When they moved the wall back it pissed off the Yankees, so it must have been a good move.
  7. Cal Ripken's triple A OPS was .919 maybe they will turn out to be like him.
  8. I wonder how long they will wait, doesn't look like a break in the weather until around 5:00
  9. So the pitcher knows he is going to try and advance the runner by hitting to the right side and throws him a strike on the outer half of the plate. Seems like a decent bit of hitting to take what they give you.
  10. Yeah, I am excited to follow both this year. I am rooting for them as well.
  11. So it's okay to use a small sample size as the absolute truth, as long as you the phrase "albeit a small sample size".
  12. Look at the O's, keeping up with the Jones's
  13. One year of Burns signals the Orioles are pushing for a championship. I think the Yard is going to be packed all summer, and its going to be a great to be an Orioles fan again.
  14. The rest of the American League East might object. They like Angelos not spending money.
  15. My understanding is that the Angelos family currently owns 70% of the Orioles. 40% will transfer to the Rubenstein group so they would be majority owners.
