There may be a very good chance he wouldn't start a game for the Orioles if they acquired him. I'd say there is a much less than zero chance he would get some time in the pen to finish off the year, do you think he'd help at all this season in the pen?

Who underrates Rooker? He's been mentioned in a bunch of trades. It's hard to underrate a guy averaging 141 OPS+ and an .849 OPS over the only two full seasons he's played. Oh, and the 30 HRs a year.

They are a team that isn't close to contention and have no idea where they are going to end up and when. If they want a 25 year old top 20 prospect and 26 year old AAAA guy for Miller that might make them the morons.
