    From the early looks of it, I think there will be a good crowd.  Long lines before gates opened, lines at ticket box.  Looks like a nice crowd in lower level, bleachers & bull pen area.  Shohei is a popular man!

    I know this is a joke, but that grouping might point to problem for kids who play 12 months a year.  From what I understand most players need at least 2 but preferably 3 months of rest & for youth players that number is 4.  Kids in Florida, Texas, and California are typically playing very close to year round.  Their skills are superior but their joints may not be.

    Good.  I think when folks are saying “average” they mean average for a MLB player which is exceptional and nothing to sneeze at.  He’s a good defender, he’s just not gonna win you a handful of games with his glove like Manny could.

    Westburg did make some great plays at 3B last night on some difficult balls.

    Frazier is the poster child and on field coach of their hitting philosophy and what they are teaching.  Solid pay for a teaching gig.  I don’t see him going anywhere this year, especially with the other youngsters they will be bringing up throughout the year.

I had no idea that was a thing in the days they have live umps. Put it up on the big screen like tennis replays. Hopefully that will start to normalize the zone.

    The Challenge calls are awesome.  So fun.

    Handley with the elusive “Olympic Rings” or “platinum sombrero” tonight going 0/5 with 5ks.  Pretty hard & painful  to do.  Your team has to absolutely light up the opposing pitcher to even have a chance.
