The Rays runner was further out of the lane and DID cause RM to avoid him to catch the ball. The ball from Kluber wasn’t close and Vavra had nothing to do with how far the ball was offline.

Might have been what Hyde was complaining about the inning before when the TB runner clearly was out of the lane for a runner to 1B. It’s like the umpire was alerted to it. So, two blown balls on similar plays.
