    I was in Chambersburg, PA today and got some wings at Norland Pub. Highly recommended if anyone is ever in that area. Their pizza is highly regarded as well but it’s not my cup of tea.

    This is exactly what I do except low and slow instead of high heat. It’s basically mashed potatoes on the inside with crispy skin.

    300 degrees for 90-120 minutes? I’ll never understand why people put potatoes in the microwave. It’s just not the same.

    The hat is nice and they’ve grown on me overall, especially with the white pants. I wish our record was better in them though.
