I put the Dodgers in the same category as Boston and the Yankees. While they are in the NL, they are still a high dollar club that likes buy the top talent and buy championships.

At least Milwaukee fans have had lots of success with the Packers over the years.

I will watch some of the WS, but will not be rooting for either team. Just as a baseball fan watching the game that I love.

It all boils down to the pitching, and who pitches better in less than ideal baseball weather.

I think the Dodgers win tonight. I see the Red Sox vs Dodgers, being a tight series, 4-3 or 3-4, it will boil down to game 7.

I wasnt going by this, but a reporter who wrote about. I will try and find the source.

Manny didnt go into details, he told a reporter it was because of an old incident in the minors, and they talked later in the game, and they were good. He said what happens on the field, stays on the field.

Maybe it was the other way around. Manny said it was because of their previous history. Sounds like it was more on Aguilar.

I think most people are overlooking the fact that Aguilar and Manny had issues in minor league ball. 10K is a very very minor slap on the wrist. Way to go for MLB being such an astute authority and keeping their players in line.

what I meant was, tricks like that have been around long before A-Rod did it. things happen all the time on the field between the players during the season, that we never catch on to, Sometimes it somebody on the bench yelling go at the running holding at third trying to tag up and score after the ball is caught. Even stupid things like the hidden ball trick has been pulled off at the major league level.

My Md high school baseball coach was teaching this back in the 1970s as a way to confuse the runners. I lost count of how many maryland state baseball championships his teams won back then. But, heck lets blame A-Rod.
