Ortiz hit his first MLB HR tonight, played great defense and rocked the game winner into the corner in the 11th to walk it off against the yanks. He had 3rbi total coming into the game for the season; tonight alone he had 4rbi. Looks to be applauding the fans back in return; seems like a real good dude and you can see he’s having a great time, good for him.

Rooker is hitting .087 against the fastball this year and .318 on breaking pitches so naturally Webb throws him a hanging volleyball; I’ve seen enough of Webb for a lifetime. -

A’s start 5era, 0-5 record Ross Stripling yet the O’s manage to only score 2 runs off him and would ultimately lose 3-2. So yes the Frobby jinx strikes again lol -
Gotcha, one of the writers who covers the O’s said Mountcastle had a scheduled day off earlier; was going off that.

Austin Hays is on the 10 day DL retroactive to Sunday and it was a scheduled day off for Mounty. Can’t post links; my 2mins of free time are up as busy with family.

Don’t get a ton of free time these days with a 6 month old at home but made it out to the Yard today and that was a lot of fun. Hats off to Suarez; great performance in the emergency starting role. He’s definitely going to get another start with the way he pitched this afternoon.
