1080i video is redrawn a half frame (field) at 60 times per second. Progressive footage like 1080p is 30 whole frames per second but often converted to interlaced format for transmission. If you are doing this on an ongoing basis, here's a suggestion: download the free version of one of the numerous non-linear editors out there like Avid or DaVinci Resolve and throw the clip on a timeline for your measurement. Manually clicking through hundreds of frames seems like it would be needlessly cumbersome not to mention slow.

Was this from the replay of the whole game or from highlights? I can't tell if that's the case here, but it's possible that the highlights were edited to compress the actual time. FWIW Statcast has Gunnar at #32 for sprint speed and #21 for running splits overall, so whatever the actual time of the triple, he's one of the fastest players in the ML.

It remains to be seen what the budget constraints are going to be with the new ownership, but if Santander is projected to put up 3.0 WAR for $20 million and his replacement (Kjerstad/Cowser/Stowers...) can put up 2.5 WAR for less than a million then that will be factored in.
