Well this is off the subject of this thread anyways.

On the subject, I think unbalanced schedules are distinct disadvantage and I don't know of too many fans that enjoy it. However, I think teams enjoy price gouging fans for games against big market teams with fans not too far to travel so in this case, I don't see the owners giving this up and I don't see the players caring one way o the other.

It's the fans that get left out in the cold.

The sad thing is, you could post this for SOO many varied subjects. Same meaning.

No it's not the Yankees vs the Dodgers for the World Series.  But the Big(er) Money Teams are still leaving the Miamis', Kansas Citys' Pittsburghs', Cinncinnati's and Baltimores in the dust.

To me that's why Baseball is only the 4th or 5th most popular sport.  You have to have cable or satellite to even find these playoff games on some backwater channel.

I can send you a link to get those games on the internet. PM me if interested.

Not that you need them NOW... all the WS games are on FOX.

  3. A video I was watching reminded me of one part of this old Tom Petty video. So I stopped what I was watching and looked on my harddrive. KNEW I had a copy. Had 2 copies... Crappy old 320P .flv file and an even crappier .mpg

Thought " I can find better NOW." If this doesn't start in 1080P you can make it that. ;)

I'm betting that we'll see Valaika at some point in 2022.  Not that I'm hoping for that, by the way.

Elias likes his versatile middle IFers...

He'll grab a starter or two on MiL deals too. Esh could be one of them. Kind of generic choice. Like the old black and white canned food.

I think it does matter how he does - especially if he does particularly well or particularly poorly.  The most recent data is usually the most important data - though it doesn't wipe away the importance of data from prior years.

I think it matters in that it would (could...) show the O's that he's fully recovered, speedy as again and all.

I guarantee if not Elias himself down there, the O's will have eyes on him. It's more like ST. It's not about the numbers he puts up but how does he look?

Pitched very well. What scares me is this Red Sox offense is REALLY starting to roll. And just at the right time.

As much as I keep hoping, I don't think anyone can take them down right now... :(

GREAT thing about Boston... as much as their offense can light up the scoreboard, their PITCHING can light it up with the worst of them too!!! LOL!!!
