  1. Who looks good off the Braves' top 30? They have a lot of pitchers and a few SS. Wow.
  2. Any one know why they wore jerseys that had #17 on them?

  10. Jackson Holliday High School Baseball Player of the Year.
  11. Left field wall. It has more depth now. Not everyone will be on board with the choice the Orioles make with the #1. There's the one intangible that needs to be considered, how this individual's character fits on this team.
  12. Won't the Orioles at 1-1 have the advantage of exchanging numbers with any of the draft eligible players prior to the draft to gauge their interest in signing? If any of the high school players use their leverage to go to college than that just leaves the Orioles with the choice of drafting a college player. I'd think it would be foolish for the top high school players to delay their path to the majors by considering the college route.
  13. Being in NYC and way before streaming services, I grew up listening to Jon Miller on WTOP. I'm using that as a barometer. I'll give these broadcasters a few more innings.
  14. I'm kind of liking the mic with the Pirates' first base coach. It's better than listening to the broadcasters.
