These are fun numbers to kick around but we all know that baseball isn't constructed the way basketball or football is where you can dish to Michael Jordan for 30 shots a game or have Aaron Rodgers throw it 35+ times.
It's a little different for Rutschman since he's a catcher and he's done, by all accounts, a fantastic job of handling the pitchers, framing pitches, etc. How much of the staff turnaround is due to him? Hard to say. But since he's arrived other guys have been playing well, too.
It's definitely easier and more romantic to say that this is all due to Adley's presence, though.
