    Everyone has been throwing 95-97 for years. I get 100 MPH, but I'm pretty sure there are teams that hit the velo of Gil, pretty darn well.

    Right, how many of those are acceptable? If Flaherty gave up 4 runs last night, you wouldn't have said he'd look good in our lineup. He had a nice game, but he hasn't been very good overall.

    I think it's Irvin's turn, so he might back up Bradish, but I could be wrong.

    He was always being sent back to Norfolk when Hays comes back. Glad he's getting a start, and if he hits, I'm sure he'll see more. If he goes 0-4 with 2K's that will put him at 0-9 with 5K's, SSS, clearly.

    I'm late to the thread and didn't get to read all of it. So, do we hate Rubenstein now? Asking for a friend.

    Miller already suffered a UCL strain last season, which I believe is why he's in the pen now and not starting this year.

    I'm also not banking on Bradish or even Means to remain healthy during the entire season. I hope they are, and I hope they are effective, but I'm not betting a dime that it happens.

    I do wonder if that has something to do with his fastball command, everything was tailing arm side the past few starts with no command. I hope it's nothing serious.

    They would want more for Miller than that, but I don't believe he'll be on the block anyway.
