He was pretty evil in his own right. Give up just enough runs to blow the save, then after the Sox score he pitches the 10th, so no one else can get a save.

Koji has hit a bit of a rough patch. BS and two HR today, gave up a hit and allowed an inherited runner to score in yesterday's loss.

Good for him. I don't think you can look at how the O's handled the situation and say they should have given him more chances. Maybe the trade served as a wakeup call. Goodness knows the talent was always there.

Assuming his numbers don't get worse he should be able to get deal for 2.5-3 million based off prior results and reputation. Baseball folks know that RPs tend to have down years.

Be interesting to see if his elbow can hold up this time. I don't like how he bolted but I will give the guy credit, no way would I have worked that hard to keep the dream alive.

You can only get so much out of MiLB stats. You are better off waiting for the mid and post season prospect lists were experts that actually watch the players play can give their opinions. I am interested to see if these two and for that mater Bridwell show up on the hot sheet tomorrow.
