    As long as Soto isn't clogging up DH I don't see an issue for the year or so they will overlap.

    You could always sign Votto. The O's have a history of being the final stop for HoF players.

    Sure, I'm not dismissing the bat at all. Just saying that IMO, you have to just assume he gets the vast majority of the DH at bats.

    I think he has the same level in interest in playing defense as Ted Williams did.

    Yes but also no. Seidler is worth 3B. If he wants to lose 40M a year he can.

    But you have to be willing to dedicate the DH slot to him. He shouldn't be in the field and that isn't an area in which he's going to improve with age.
