I'm not much for blues based rock. I think they have a handful of really good songs which isn't a good hit rate given their catalog. And my internet persona has been described as both music nerd and hipster so it makes sense I'd turn my nose up at something as mundane as the Stones.

What MLB teams are going to give a starting position to a guy that has a 69 OPS+ (78 career) Andrelton Simmons, by comparison, had a career OPS+ of 87. How many MLB starters hit that poorly?

What would the justification be to put Mountcastle on the IR? They can just demote him.

If he's still suffering from vertigo than it's pretty inexcusable if they are letting him play. I think that since he is already down there on rehab, and not performing and they have someone in the majors that is performing it's an easy call to keep him down until he gets straightened out. (that being said O'Hearn has cooled off considerably the last week).

Give me numbers over "Frazier looks good out there on defense" any day of the week. I prefer not being deceived by a player's smooth gait into thinking he's faster than he actually is.

That was the worst part about the old system. I'd go to bed with the game tied in the 10th only to find out the game went 15 and win or lose the bullpen was trashed and the fallout hurt the team for the next week.

I don't get the mindset that additional information is somehow a bad thing. More data is a good thing.
