Based on those splits I'd go: RHP) 1B- O'Hearn, 2B- Frazier, SS-Henderson, 3B- Urias LHP) 1B- Mountcastle, 2B- Ortiz, SS-Mateo, 3B- Urias Santander would be my DH for that one-game scenario because Rutschman is definitely catching. Ortiz and Urias could be swapped at 2B/3B but I'm going with the best defenders.

Cowser seems like a no-brainer right now with Mountcastle and Santander being Righty-Switch/RH dominant. Vavra vs O'Hearn - both are lefty, I think positional flexibility is covered and O'Hearn just got his first HR of the season. I think I'd rather O'Hearn pinch hit as a lefty.
