I dunno, I was a bit turned off by the partying at first, but I thought it was cool to see. I mean, it took like 4 years to go from absolute worst to (possibly) absolute best. Plus, they were at home today, making it more sweet. I think they’ll be fine.

For me, the turning point in the rebuild was getting Chris Davis out of the building. Not sure if that was ME influenced or what, but getting that train wreck to go away lifted the clouds. Love seeing the celebration and the humble comments!

I always found it odd that with all these interviews, no one asks (on record) about PA’s health. Just a simple “how’s your dad doing?” From a humane perspective. Thought it wouldn’t shock me if JA tells reporters “no questions about my dad” prior to said interviews.

I hope I’m being dramatic, but this could be a season-alterer. All the negativity from the last 24 hours, there’s no way the players/coaches didn’t hear all about it.

I had thought about this before the whole KB fiasco yesterday, but I can see about 25 other teams wanting Elias/Hyde/Sig this offseason or next. Figure we rule out TB, Texas, Dodgers, Braves, and Astros. But all other teams will come sniffing, I fear. And they might be happy to take a hike because ownership won’t give them further support. Depressing to think about after all we have been through to get to where we are now
