There's a big advantage to having a runner at 3rd with one out then 2nd. Infield has to come in so it opens up more angles, wild pitch, balk, sac fly, etc.

Where did 99 come from? I haven't seen Baumann throw 99 MPH since his no-hitter in Bowie.

Bautista walked one guy and made one bad pitch in the dirt. He wasn't awful.

Fat lady is warming up hard! I'd give us about a 20% chance of getting out this with Baumann facing the heart of the order and man on second.

Alright fellas. I'd like to say this was fun, but it was a good game of baseball to watch, especially if you are just a fan of the game of baseball. The game of inches and the Braves are just a few inches better. They played well overall. One bad decision last night to want the Coulumbe/Pillar match up instead of trusting Baker to get the job done after throwing just 16 pitches and the Orioles would have taken 2 of 3 potentially. This Braves team is pretty darn good.

At the end of the day, that was a strike by Acuna. It was the right thing to do to try and make it. Acuna just showed why he's a 5 tool guy.

Sometimes it's that special player that makes a special play. Hats off to Acuna.
