I didn't know that. I know if I go to Whataburger or McDonalds I'm getting Coke with phoney baloney sweetener. If I go to HEB grocer they sell Mexican Coke. I heard they use cane sugar. I don't know for sure. Next time I buy some I'll check to see if they list a sweetener.

I try to buy Coke made in Mexico. They use real sugar not the artificial sweetener crap. Also try to buy foods that don't use GMOs if I can.

The game was so much better back in the 50's and 60's. Mays, Brooks and players of that era are ones I grew up watching. MLB safer? It's safer now than it was. The batting helmets are stronger. Isn't brush back pitches illegal now? Gibson didn't give a damn if he hit a batter. Now a pitcher can be tossed from the game if he accidentally hit the batter. Yes I guess the game has to change to bring younger folks into the audience.

Good grief. I wish they'd leave the game alone. 50 to 60 years ago the NFL was fun to watch. But the powers that be screwed up that game. Now I didnt watch much of the NFL.

Okay but you can't put a time clock on a baseball game. I really don't know what can be done to speed up the game. Make the batter stop calling time and stepping out of the box? Make the pitcher stop reaching for the rosin bag? Make the pitcher throw after a certain time?

Has to be a winner. How many games went into extras that lasted all night? I'd hate to see the game be changed so much that it isn't baseball anymore. Set time or a time clock. No need to ruin the best game in the world. NFL football was so much better 50 or so years ago than it is now. At least to me. I'm just an old man that hates change in the sport I love.

I don't know. Even though I have family in Houston I've never spent more than a few hours there. Way too big for me. I grew up in a town of under 10,000. Where I live now is in the country.
