I swear that pitchers are shell shocked. They don't give in no matter what. I know that a lot of times pitchers just cant get the ball over the plate. But I think these days, pitchers have gone into a shell. They are going to try and paint that corner no matter what mediocre stuff they happen to have that day and no matter the situation.
When I was going to the Big A in the ‘90s they had young women in hot pants and too tight tops roaming the bleachers with spritzer fans. If you looked overheated they would come and spritz you. What could go wrong with that?
These west coast games screw with my schedule. I had to make dinner, feed the cat, talk with the wife, take out the trash, send some work emails. Now I am finally settling in. I need to go to bed soon though ?
