I like them together a lot. Also, my wife is trying to get into baseball this year (in honor of her recently passed grandfather), and she found the love language discussion hilarious.

So like is there actual data to back-up the current collective freak-out? This tweet, at least, doesn't seem to suggest anything out of the ordinary. I personally don't know what to think. What I do know is that I can't shake the feeling the current focus has the makings of a moral panic.

For better or worse, I've grown a lot in my time as an Orioles fan. A side effect of one particular way in which I've grown is that I can no longer fit in some of my jerseys - poor Jay Gibbons and Koji Uehara never see the light of day anymore! I know I could try and sell them, but I honestly would rather they go to a passionate fan, especially someone who might not be able to afford a jersey. I had the idea of some sort of jersey exchange or donation drive so I wanted to see if anyone knew of anything preexisting along those lines. Anyone else out there in a similar situation?
