Finding room for someone shouldn't be a problem. Any of a half-dozen guys could go without being missed, including the 500-pound elephant on the bench.
I'm not sure it will save any time. Pitchers facing hitters they have no business facing will result in more hits and runs, which will take up time. My guess is the time savings factor will be close to a wash.

I root for the O's to win every game, but I don't understand how actually wining many more games than last year correlates to anything "rosy." Seems to me that would just set back the rebuild and make us wait longer for a true winner..
I just think it's cool that two of our prospects named Zach have the last names Peek and Pop. Maybe one day they'll be a starter/reliever tag team. Gary Thorne would have a field day with it.
