  1. He looked good again tonight.
  2. Did DL get any innings during spring training? If so, how’d he look?
  3. 2 SP's. I don't think its not too early to sign two SP's to 4 year contracts. With 4 year deals they will be here when we're trying to compete.
  4. That’s the problem. I can’t send any messages because my mailbox is full. I’m trying to go delete some messages and I can’t find my profile.
  5. Ironically, I can click on my own name after making this post to get to my profile…
  6. I tried to send a message and it told me that my mailbox is full and I need to delete some messages before I can send anymore. But I can’t find my profile from the mobile version at all. is there some hidden door that i’m not aware of?
  7. Yeah, I remember the Bella’s days well. The Tex rumors were classic.
  8. Even more unpopular opinion: go to an 81 game season. Don’t expand the playoffs. Make every series count.
  9. I found it for you. https://www.baseballamerica.com/stories/ranking-the-best-pitches-in-the-top-100/?amphtml “3. D.L. Hall (FF, SL, CB, CHG)—Unfortunately, injuries robbed us of a full season from Hall in 2021, because when Hall is healthy he boasts some of the best lefthanded stuff in baseball. Case and point, Hall is the only pitcher on this list with four different pitches with whiff rates above 40%, meaning every pitch in Hall’s arsenal has the ability to miss bats at a high rate. His fastball is the only heater on this list with a whiff rate of 40% or above, and he showed the ability to get the pitch in the zone, with a strike rate just a hair below 70%. It’s the combination of plus velocity and a flat approach angle that drives results on Hall’s fastball, as he has the flattest approach angle of pitchers on this list that averaged 97 mph or above on their fastball. Batters were helpless against his four-seamer even when they did make contact, batting just .119/.246/.186 against it in his brief 2021 season. While Hall’s primary secondary as an amateur was a curveball, his slider and changeup have become equally important parts of his arsenal. His curveball still misses bats, and hitters had the lowest slash line against the pitch of any in his mix, but his command is better on both his changeup and slider, meaning the curveball’s utility is primarily as a chase pitch. His slider, on the other hand, was one of six sliders on the list with a strike rate of 60% or above and a whiff rate of 40% or above. His changeup was hit the most of his quartet of pitches, but also drove the most whiffs, while seeing an average strike rate. In closing, Hall has an easy plus fastball that is metrically double-plus, with a trio of strong secondaries that miss bats. It's just a matter of sustained health and improved strike-throwing on his curveball and changeup.”
  10. I can’t get the following quote out of my head from prospects live: ”A majority of evaluators in this industry really, truly believe this is an extraordinary bat with perennial all-star upside. When folks say it’s the best high school bat in two decades, they’re not being hyperbolic.” if our scouts feel the same way about Temarr after this Spring, I hope to God that he is our pick. 2nd base or no, short of stature or no. “The best bat in two decades”, you’ve got to go with that in my opinion.
  11. I'd like to add selling to an owner or team of owners who are dedicated to keeping Elias and his philosophy to build from the ground up while at the same time dedicated to spend the money to bring us to the next step in the process to being a perennial winner in the conversation for a World Series championship.
  12. 1. Adley & Grayson come up early, perform at a high level and leave us savoring for more in 2023. 2. A very successful and healthy year from D.L. Hall showing he could contend with Grayson or at the very least be a very good #2 forcing John Means to a #3 (not because John Means regressed at all). 3. Stowers makes his debut and solidifies his positions as starting corner OF in 2023 with a solid showing (allowing us to trade Santander for a good prospect pitcher). 4. Heston Kjersted showing that he is still the most powerful left handed hitter in the draft that shows no signs of a setback from his year off due to health reasons. 5. The top pick in this draft to be a no doubter that everyone in the scouting industry believes that we made the right pick. All 5 of these and I will be super excited and believe in the process.
  13. https://www.baseballamerica.com/stories/making-the-grade-comparing-tools-grades-of-top-100-prospects-past-and-present/?amphtml this is what I’ve found so far.
  14. Is there a way to find a list of 80 rated hit tool players drafted in the past and their success rate in MLB?
