He will need to adjust better both in game and between games as hitters have seen him more and he needs to be less predictable the second time through .. otherwise he will be a bullpen guy.

None of the number one picks in the draft since 2012 have become stars except for Carlos Correa taken in 2012 . Some have been disasters.. Mark Appel comes to mind Adley will need to continue to work hard to be a star .. very few MO players reach that.

Most everyone has read Larry Ritter’s classic book, Glory of Their Times. It is universally felt to be one of the best baseball books ever. I have read it many times, but just recently happened upon the Audible version. In it, the actual interviews with the oldtime players makes up the book.. so you get to hear Fred Snodgrass talking about John McGraw and Sam “Wahoo” Crawford talk about Ty Cobb and facing Walter Johnson. It is truly remarkable and may be my favorite audiobook now ever.
