Then Championship Series would also be 3/5, then World Series 4/7 In fact, returning to 2 divisions pre 1994 would be a good idea imho If another team had been allowed in, the Os would have been in playoffs in 76,77,80 (won 100 games and no playoff spot) , 82.

All of those things can be assessed.. he came back too fast after TJ, year rather than year and half but give him a good six months, he could be a useful addition at low cost probably. I would take a risk.

I think I agree with you. He could be valuable to add to the corps of Baker, Tate, Perez, Bautista. I wonder if Zack Britton given his rehab from surgery status may be had on the cheaper side for a possible comeback year?
