I remember a similar storm in the mid afternoon at Wrigley Field before the O's played there in '14 or so. Scary as could be.

Edited to add, her hostile reaction to the Yankees carries on to this day and is why she won't watch tonight's game with me. She still can't take it. Too stressful for her.

On one of our early dates about 9 years ago, my future wife was watching an O's - Yankees game on TV with me. She kept saying "frick" every time something good happened for NY, and thus bad for the O's. I got a little tired of it and suggested she say what she really meant, as I know she was holding back. The next time bad fortune landed on the Birds, she yelled "Pig ......!!!", (translation: one who has sex with pigs. I knew then, I had a good one. We both grew up with the Orioles, her especially since her dad grew up in Baltimore and her grandfather taught and coached 58 years at St. Paul's School for Boys. We got married the next year and spent our first five days of our honeymoon watching O's games in person at Camden Yards. This a pic from our reception a few weeks later (our wedding was private and this was for our friends).
