  1. Made my arm tingle too. That’s good, right?
  2. Interesting that they picked up a lefty….
  3. If he does, they might need to send him out and bring back Stevie as a fresh arm.
  4. I wonder if Lewis was dealing with any sort of ailment to start the year and that’s why he wasn’t on a full season roster at the beginning? Either way, hope he makes the best of the opportunity given!
  5. Interesting that all the promotions announced were pitchers. Also curious what the moves are in Norfolk to open up the 3 spots.
  6. If he only comes in for defense in the late innings or pinch runs, I don’t see a problem.
  7. McKenna is showing he can be a 4th outfielder. Speed and defense mainly and anything that happens with the bat is a plus.
  8. I see where you are going with this and he kind of did something like that in early June. When Nick Cuiffo came off the IL in Norfolk, Elias shipped Taylor Davis out to Pittsburgh for a low level player. The issue right now could be that teams just drafted, so they might need as much depth.
  9. Per MLB rules online, the ball is live if it is “unintentional interference.”
  10. I’m sure digging around the Minor League board would show it. I recall Tony and I mentioning a few things, but that was quite a while ago.
  11. Plot twist: He will emerge from the cornfield in the “Field of Dreams” game and hit a walk off shot against the Yankees.
  12. No mention who is the corresponding move.
  13. That’s his Players Weekend jersey.
  14. I completely get it. I just wonder why Scott wasn’t used in the 8th and Fry in the 9th of Wells wasn’t available.
  15. McKenna was sent down yesterday and then immediately recalled. Wonder if he had to tell the pilot to turn the plane around…
  16. AAA is different. In AAA, they are on the same “level” as the MLB Club with testing and intake process due to COVID and the need for a player to be able to be called up and play right away instead of having to be out for intake. Since McKenna was with Baltimore and is sent down, he doesn’t have an “intake process” like someone going from AA to AAA does.
  17. Him, Wynns and Stevie have all done that this season. Tyler Nevin wasn’t up long enough to judge. Urias seems to be the only one so far who has been able to produce both at AAA and MLB. Even Sisco struggled horribly for Baltimore, was ok in Norfolk and doing a lot better in Syracuse.
