This team isn’t impressive at all. Other than a couple of nice comebacks I’ve got nothing.

I know they got back at like 2 am last night. But this is one of the worst mail it in efforts and lineups in a long time. Should have told everyone to stay home.

Honestly if I didn’t know this teams record and how it feels watching most of their games, I’d assume they were 4-8. Credit to them for pulling out a lot of games but it is UGLY most of the time. And the 0 hitting in the first 5 innings will start to result in a lot of losses unless it changes.

Wells hasn’t been good since June of last year. He’s not a starter on a contending team period.

How long is this nonsense of sending Wells out gonna continue? This is a joke. He blew his wad last year.

Is it just me or did we struggle hitting in this kind of weather last year, particularly here. Damp/wet/humid weather - I remember several games where we did nothing all game at the plate.

It’s hilarious ironic how Brown can be suspended for stating facts on TV, yet Lacanfora is also employed by MASN and spewing all of his criticisms on the air. Angelos must not be a listener of the fan or there is no way he’s employ this guy.

Will be a cake walk victory for the Rangers. You lose the first 2 at home it’s over.

Shorten the season to 154 games and start the playoffs a week earlier. Maybe it ends a week later in November still, but does that really matter? Know this isn’t going to ever happen, but just my thoughts.

Right. A winner no matter how poorly they had been playing prior to the playoffs starting. Really I would prefer they go back to 4 teams, but that is never happening. Should just go to 8 teams at this point, no byes and every series is 5 or 7 games. That would be fairer to the top seeds.

Sure doesn’t seem that way. It used to be if you had the best record, you went straight to having home field in a 7 game LCS series (pre 1994) or you were playing a wild card team that was starting off the DS same as you (1995-2012). Look at the results today. It’s pretty apparent the winning teams from last week are fresher, ready to go, and confident. Not much can be done here or will ever change, but it certainly isn’t the advantage it once was. It’s become the same in the NFL too.

Let’s be real. This team won’t score more than 3 runs in any of the next couple games. We’ve seen this act before whether it’s the Ravens or the O’s. No offense when it really matters.

No Adley, Santander, or Gunnar. Going to have an impact….

This damp, cool weather has had an effect On the hitting as well. Because it’s been both sides all week, not just the O’s. A lot of fly balls that just completely die.

Outside of a couple swings the hitting is still atrocious tonight. Can we please win a game that isn’t a nailbiter?

Back to not hitting again. This seems to be a common theme at home the past month or so.

Yeah I’m pretty sure we would have the early game regardless if there was a conflict or not. We are not a big market draw regardless of how good our record is.

I think the league would say to schedule more doubleheaders but the MLBPA would absolutely balk at that.
