Apparently they got in a fight with teammates. They didn't show well, but Turgeon does nothing with bigs. Not sure why any bigs with options sign with Turgeon in the first place. Bruno Fernando had an NBA body and was really an exception, not even Turgeon could sabotage a body like that. Anyway, give those minutes to Lindo and Scott. Probably better off short term but we're going to consistently have issues against teams with big, physical post players.

Keep in mind Seton Hall is without their top two scorers. Literally no easy buckets.

LOVE Ayala. For some reason he wasn't starting earlier in the season, but they started him last game and tonight and it makes a big difference. Just really strong defense and great driver to the hoop. Also takes smart threes. Agree with you on Wiggins. Hope we get one more year out of him, but can definitely see him bolting depending on how his game is looking at season's end. I will never trust a Turgeon team but this team actually plays defense and is extremely deep.

Probably minor league deal that kicks up to 1.5/2 mill if he makes a major league squad out of spring training. National league teams can't touch him, and most AL teams have better, younger options, so it'll be a very limited market for him.

Thought we should've done this last offseason. Competent relievers are always in high demand at the deadline. Don't care if we're tanking, rebuilding or whatever you need a few actual reliable relievers and maybe they bring back a semi decent prospect.

Kinda works out perfectly: let him feast on crappy Eovaldi and Chacin on Friday and Saturday and sit him against lefty Erod on Sunday.
