Put your tongue in your cheek and maybe you'll understand. No, he's not a bust. Yet. But his first year certainly was a bust. I'd love to be wrong about him but I'm pretty sure it's difficult to pick up a bat and start dominating at a professional level after being inactive for a year. Inactive being the key word there...it's not like he could do anything at all. He's most likely not as strong as he was a year ago, he's going to have to work hard not just at hitting a baseball and fielding his position but simply getting stronger and getting into some sort of playing shape. Is he a bust for the future? No way of telling. But as it stands right now, his first year has been a bust.

The A's seem like they're always good, no matter what. Can only name like 5 or 6 of their players but they're always a good team.

It's a total lock. These guys can't get out of their own way.

Is that Major League ERA for all pitchers? Or Major League ERA for just starters who make it to the 5th? Unrelated:

I don't mind that answer, either. But there are some armchair GMs here that'll say you should be able to do it in 4 without fail.

That's what you want to target, at the very least...I'm not sure what average is. Zimm is at 60, he had 20 in the first inning but he's brought it down each inning after....he's at 15 per inning this game.

Zimm's gotta get a low pitch count inning here. Something more efficient than what he's been showing so far. Would be ideal to get him through 6 innings.
