So, yeah - I got the flu shot.  I work in a school.  I still got sick for about a week in January - vaccines aren't 100%.

You do know that there is a flu A and a flu B, right?

I also had a flu shot and got the other flu this year.  I was down for about four days.  My doctor said that if I didn’t have a flu shot, I’d likely have been in the hospital.

    Gotta love reading both extremes.

The ones who think this is a nothingburger hoax or the ones who think we should be shut down inevitably.

If they are really going to let people into movie theaters by July I don't see why you can't have limited fans spaced a good deal apart at a game

Things have inevitably been shut down.  Perhaps the word you’re looking for is indefinitely?  I haven’t seen anyone on here call for that.

Personally I have known 2 people who have died of the flu in the last 5 years.

Don't know anyone who has Corona, much less died from it

Where do you live?  My wife is from Long Island.  The number of people we know who have it is in the double digits. The number of people are pretty sure they have it, but can’t/won’t get tested is approaching double digits.

Everyone and their mother knew baseball wouldn't start on time.

This has turned out to be nowhere near as bad as they thought with social distancing relating to deaths.

Schools will not reopen because by the time businesses will the school year will be done.

Things have changed. It would be very surprising If there is no baseball now.

Will there be fans? That's the big question. You would think If they play with no fans then they should all be in one location

That’s not exactly true.  This thread started Feb 27 about two weeks before Gobert started touching the mics.

What do you think about Braun? He’s also expected to move inside. They might be able to move up in the second and get him

Baun had a diluted sample at the combine.  He may end up dropping.

i just ran a few mocks with the PFF system, don't like it at all. it made all sorts of weird selections that would never happen in real life - chaisson at 45? jeudy at 3? c'mon.

the draftnetwork mock feels a lot more realistic.

I don’t have experience with those.  I use first-pick.  When a ton of simulations are done, you get some funky things from time to time.  Like once, I saw a trade up to #1 to get Willis.  Chances of that happening?  Less than 1%, but when there are thousands of runs, things like that could pop up.

Yeah, I'd posted that before clicking the link.  Me mentioning Craig Worthington was kind of a joke.

3B might be the biggest gap between 1st place and 2nd place in terms of these positional rankings....It's really Brooks way far out in front and then...everyone else.

Garrett Atkins would like a word.

I have seen pigeons in my yard the last several days. I wonder if the lack of people downtown has caused their food supply to dry up and they are now heading out further to look for food.  Hopefully the rats don't follow them.

They will.  I saw an article about that exact thing over the weekend.  I also read that they cannibalize other rats when food sources are scarce.

  9. He’ll get drafted in the first.  I have no doubt.  But I wouldn’t want to feel forced to take him.  I think he could end up really struggling if he gets in a bad situation.  He’s not going to stand up to the hits like Luck had to endure.

This is fun..lots of good ideas..anyone onboard with moving up and drafting Juedy? What would it take?

I can’t see Jeudy falling past Denver at 15, and could easily see him going to NYJ or Vegas earlier.  So you’d be looking at moving up 13-17 spots.  Likely would cost a 2nd rounder+.
