I think the roster is largely set. I don't think there's a big trade coming before the season; I think he'd rather make that kind of move in season. So there isn't much to do but sit back and see how the season unfolds.

And yet, it was all of three months ago when the season ended and the Orioles had more wins than the Rangers. Call me crazy, but I'd rather my team won. And not just wanted to win.

Yeah, they don't go into detail about what they mean by that, but I surmise they mean they don't care what a guy looks like when swinging the bat, they care about the results. I'll be sure to update any further clarifications.
