Swindled? He accepted a loan to move his business and then his business failed. How is that a swindle? He's legally in the clear on the issue. Did he do a poor job of running his company? Sure. But shouldn't Rhode Island have been a bit more careful about their money? A video game studio doesn't seem like a good target for that type of loan to me.

I think it's more than that. I mentioned it earlier, a lot of us remember how well half measures worked last time. That being said patience won't be limitless. If there is nothing encouraging at the ML level this year folks will start getting restless and I would guess folks would expect a team that is at least losing competitive games in 2021.
