On both of these plays, the other team has to see it to appeal it. I think umpires unconsciously get excited about a prospective call out and something about their demeanor alerts the other team.

Apparently new ownership that is not inherited requires 75 percent approval but nepotism inherited transfers require only 50 percent lol If Georgia is already listed then obviously not, but when she passes then John is not automatically approved as owner despite being what he is now which is the authorized representative of the owner or what officially was approved by 3/4 of owners as the “control person” for the organization in Peter’s absence .. NOT the owner I don’t think that it would come to MLB not approving either Georgia or JA and forcing a sale in this fashion EXCEPT if JA continues to do anything to actively try to move the franchise, then I think this is a veiled discouragement to even thinking about it

New ownership of the franchise whether it is Georgia or John must be approved by 50 percent of owners and the Commissioner of baseball.

Let’s see how it feels if Elias leaves for a better gig and there are no extensions of Adley, Gunnar, Grayson and how content one might be. Much less if JA somehow is successful in moving them to Nashville. This franchise would have won much more over last 30 years except for Angelos owning them.

But here’s the thing .. he has zero leverage. ZERO! He knows, the state knows , everybody knows that MLB will never ever approve a move and abandon Camden Yards. But egomaniacal types believe they can argue about anything and get their way.
