Its the Orioles so my guess they will start out as day to day for precautionary purposes, which will strecth to a a little over a week. Then he will be put on the 10 day IL, miss opening day and they will say progressing, and he will finally be back by end of May

A lot good they did Off topic that was the excuse used when the team wasn't hitting the last 2 weeks of the regular season. It wasnt true considered it continued in the playoffs.. Hopefully the Mateo PAs is under. With Felix gone and Bradish and Means missing time they are going to win as many of those games where they only score 1 or 2 runs that seemed to go through a lot last year

There is no way they send him down for the 2-3 weeks and bring him up right away. They will then wait until super 2, and then come July he will be lighting up AAA and we will still wonder where the hell he is. Why not have him on opening day if he has a good spring that way he can be eligible for the draft pick. If he struggles you can send him down and still get the service time

Elias will do anything to make sure Hyde can put out the punt lineup once or twice a week

Holliday won't make the roster until last week of September

No No No that is the exact person I thought they were going to sign to be Adam Fraizer and the next Brandon Hyde love fest. I don't care if its a minor league deal, stop obsession over a left handed hitting infielder. If Holliday is making the team then play Westburg every day at third. If Holliday doesn't make the team then see what Norby does or just play Urias.

Oh yea I don't think its that big of a deal I would just prefer it be a full minor league deal, it just gets tiresome digging through the dumpster thinking we can fix everyone. I am still hoping they go get someone a little more established to backfill injuries

Except the Brewers pitching wizards have more power than the Orioles and didn't fix him. Its one thing to get these kind of guys on straight minors deals or with options. My guess is he opts out after spring training. Why give innings to him in spring when we can use them to look at younger guys
