    I’m just curious: When people include someone struggling and they struggled in Spring Training too, should it be included or no?

    Players assigned to Delmarva and designated as being on the "7 day injured list": Carter Baumler, Dan Hammer, Mason Janvrin, Craig Lewis and Heston Kjerstad. Ryan Watson is listed as being on the "Temporary Inactive List."

    Going through the "official" Ironbirds roster and a few names stood out that @Frobby mentioned in another thread: Ty Blach (who was apparently signed in March,) Dallas Litscher, Conner Loeprich, Rickey Ramirez, and Greg Cullen are all listed on the roster and designated as being on the "7 day injured list." Could be paper moves, but this could also show where they will be once recovered from their injuries.

    Andrew Daschbach, who has played 2 games in Aberdeen, was moved to Norfolk. No corresponding move yet.

    Yeah, the Orioles said they aren’t going to run him into the ground and will give him reps at first and catcher, along with DH.

    There is none. “MLB will look into the reasons behind it,” is how it goes. Apparently the main argument was along the lines of “if a pitcher gets hit by a line drive to his leg and has to come out, or gets cramps, that’s not an IL worthy injury and he could be back the next night!”

    They actually changed that rule. It’s no longer a requirement.

    I’m a “catcher” fan. I want to see what they have in Cody Roberts and if he can stay healthy, along with what happens with Jordan Cannon.
