  1. I know Webb has frustrated here and there, but I generally trust him. He's like the right handed Cionel Perez.
  2. Hey now he's only the second worst umpire in the game. Cut him some slack.
  3. I think this was the case for past Orioles teams. The 2012-2016 teams. Cortes tore us up in 2022, but that was a very inexperienced team. I'd expect better with the type of hitters we have now.
  4. I read the title as "Kevin Millar" and was like there's no way that dude is trying to play again at his age.
  5. Cowser will probably strike out a lot because he typically gets deep into counts. That's fine, because his walk rate is going to be very good and obviously hit for power. I think he'll be a permanent fixture as our 5th/6th hitter in the lineup.
  6. Feels like we need a run cushion per bullpen inning.
  7. I think Wells can/will be a really good bullpen arm, and Suarez is an upside wildcard as well depending on how starting goes.
  8. Webb doing his best Mike Baumann impression.
  9. Kkerstad is really just not an outfielder. I think he's the guy we trade even if his bat is playing well.
  10. Until Trout beats me with something else I'm not throwing a low fastball in the zone.
  11. I actually ordered one haha for this exact purpose. But this hat looks stitched/AKA an official hat??
  12. Where did those guys in the stand get that Orioles cow print hat???
  13. I think we know what we have (and can trust) with Kimbrel, Cano, and Columbe. Perez's health is a big question mark because I think you can generally include him in the list when healthy. Everyone else a mystery, although I usually have faith in Webb.
  14. I thought the whole way Ortiz would be the more valuable guy in the trade. Hall is probably destined to the bullpen, but even there he's not a finished product.
  15. I think eventually (and perhaps ideally) he's the multi inning bullpen guy and can spot start in a pinch. BTW, what's his service time look like? When would he be a FA?
  16. I assume Kjerstad basically takes the at bats Hays was getting, even if the LH/RH split isn't directly there.
  17. .... isn't that basically what I said?
  18. I like keeping them back to back in the middle-end of the lineup. I think they may settle in as the 5/6 hitters behind Holliday/Adley/Gunnar/Mayo when all things settle. Holliday Adley Henderson Mayo Cowser Westburg
  19. You have to evaluate how much his struggle is impacting our chances to win. We've been playing well enough it really hasn't done anything... yet. He's not learning anything at AAA. You keep him up here as long as you can until we simply have to play someone else while he resets himself.
