  1. Bieber and Karinchak from Cleveland. Maybe for Hays or Santander or Mountcastle and a mid prospect Cease for Westburg, Povich and Beavers sign Matt Chapman for 3rd for 2 years Burnes Cease Rodriguez Bieber Kremer/Means/Bradish Kimbrel Cano Karinchak Perez Wells Culombe Tate Irvin Rutschman Mountcastle Holliday Henderson Chapman Hays/Santander Mullins Cowser Kjerstand McCann Mateo Urias Stowers O’Hearn
  2. I’m almost certain that Ortiz and Hall were not the only guys discussed with the Brewers. If we can get Devin Williams without including Holliday, Basallo, Mayo, Westburg, and one of Cowser/Kjerstad, then I’d be up for it. I would then get Montgomery or Snell which cushions the blow if we can’t get Burnes back for 25 and beyond. Kremer, Mountcastle, Hays expendable for right player(s). Norby, Kremer and Hays for Williams would be nice
  3. Go back to Brewers and trade them Austin Hays and Dean Kremer for Devin Williams. Then sign Montgomery or Snell
  4. I would love to see who of those listed are Boras clients
  5. If we are to believe the ratings, which are subjective and preliminary, Martinez at 55 would slot in no worse than 7th of O’s prospects and Sanchez no worse than 11th. All of this based on MLB App Prospect ratings.
  6. Trade Santander for Bieber Sign Blake Snell 7 years, $210 million-I know it will not happen Trade Ortiz, Kremer and Cowser for Devin Williams. Snell, Bieber, Rodriguez, Bradish, Means Williams, Kimbrel, Cano, Coloumbe, Hall, Wells, Tate Rutschman, Mountcastle, O’Hearn, westburg, Henderson, Holliday, Urias, Matteo, McCann, Hays, Mullins, Kjerstad, Mayo, McKenna
  7. I wonder what this regime would have accomplished with the prospect that was Dylan Bundy, or if he was the guy we would have gone after in the first place
  8. What about expanding it to include Emanuel Clase? Santander, Kremer and Beavers for Bieber and Clase? After 2005 (when Bautista has been back for a year), we can possibly trade Clase for a prospect. We can still trade (Cowser or Kjerstad), Povich & Bascome for Burnes. Rotation would be solid with Burnes, Bieber, Rodriguez, Bradish & Means
  9. Jim Palmer mainly because he appeared in every World Series in Orioles history
  10. 11-7, 140 innings, 3.40 ERA, 9.0 K/IP, 2.8 BB/IP
  11. I think I would make a couple of changes. I think Toronto should go to the East (Northeast) Division. Then Pittsburgh should go to the North Division. Philadelphia should then be in the mid-Atlantic. I think I could be convinced to swap the Charlotte and Nashville expansion teams. Although it may work better if it was Charlotte/Nashville/Louisville in the mid-atlantic and New Orleans in the Southeast. The other divisions, I suppose would be: Chicago White Sox, Chicago Cubs, St Louis Cardinals, Milwaukee Brewers Kansas City Royals, Houston Astros, Texas Rangers, Minnesota Twins Seattle Mariners, Colorado Rockies, {Las Vegas} Athletics, San Francisco Giants Los Angeles Dodgers, San Diego Padres, Anaheim Angels, Arizona Diamondbacks
  12. Another forgotten prospect who can give us 12 players is Seth Johnson, depending on how he comes back from TJ as he should still be considered a prospect. Also a good distance away but can only wonder where Luis Almeyda fits in, in regard to our top 30 list.
  13. I agree with those five but with two rookies, two guys in their second year and Means coming back from injury, we will be sure to see a six man rotation at that point and that means either Gibson or Irvin will be the 6th. My bet is Irvin, with Gibson going somewhere via trade.
