I think we fans can still dream on it, but ML teams don’t operate that way. If they are trading for Bundy they know they are trading for a guy with a career 4.84 FIP. I may regret this later, but I think this is who he is. I’d ship him out now if I could get any prospect I valued.

It would be a coup to get any teams second best prospect for Bundy.

The worst player in the league who has shown no ability to adjust, showing the younger guys the ropes?? 5. Catering to the casual fan is how the Os got in this mess in the first place.

I’m in favor of giving Stewart the bulk of the playing time in LF once he is healthy. We don’t know how good (or bad) he can be yet.

Ehh, he’s been on the wrong side of average for most of his career. Career 4.79 (and rising) FIP, that’s not good.

Ahhh yes, it felt like I was forgetting someone. Despite all those names, most of those guys won’t hit. Part of the appeal of that deal for me is colored by my opinion of Bundys value.

Fair, it still requires a bit of projection. I’m less worried about what he did with sporadic at bats during his age 22 and 23 season. And more impressed with what he did with sporadic at bats this year. I feel way better about him than what they have in the stable.

I think it’s premature to say the Os don’t need any corner OFers. It’s not guaranteed that Hays, Mountcastle, Stewart, or Santander are ML hitters. Frazier definitely is.

Impact of Frazier’s bat > impact of Frazier’s glove.... Yes I would make the trade, but if I’m moving Bundy I’m probably going to target one of the other more glaring weaknesses of the talent pipeline.
