    Judging from what I remember from last year's sprint numbers not particularly. This year's data, SSS of course, has him at 24.9 ft/sc. Mancini is at 27 as a point of comparison. Davis is at 24.7 BTW. https://baseballsavant.mlb.com/sprint_speed_leaderboard?year=2019&position=2&team=BAL&min=0

    Uggg. Even compared to Mancini he's slow.

    I don't know what to think about the stolen base attempt. I wasn't watching and can't fathom why anyone would think that was a good idea.

    He could start sticking Davis behind the plate during blowouts. Catching five games a week might help focus his mind.

    I'm pro Sisco, I've been involved in numerous heated discussions concerning his throwing and other aspects of his defense. But missing two tags is getting me worried. A missed tag at home is a run and a missed out. That's a lot more important then a baserunner moving from first to second.

    Broxton chatted up Santander in the outfield and allowed a baserunner to advance a base.

    I think the concern about the throwing is overblown but geez, you have to be able to tag guys at the plate. That's literally at least a run.

    I'm not obsessive enough to track guys like this. I wonder how many of them just play ball for the summer and go on with the rest of their lives after one season of pro ball?

    But, at least from what I have noticed, 10K appears to be the norm for these types of deals. Just seems odd to me that they would go even lower. I figured for the most part they send a guy out with the contract for 10K already filled out.

    Sure he does but Sisco ain't going to improve at DH. Yes I know he might not improve.

    Buck worried a lot about certain particular things and a lot of them seemingly had to do with catching. I'm not worried if they have to let a pitcher bat at some point this season. Also pinch hitters are a thing.

    My guess is they traded the Phillies enough to max how much the Phillies could spend. Probably all the slots the Braves sent us went to the Phillies.
