Debut at 25 effective at 26? I think the question is more interesting then you expected it to be. On one hand you are offering me guaranteed value, on the other hand that value isn't manifest until 2026. I'd probably pull the trigger and try and recoup that value in some other way over the next three years.

I think the Montgomery one is pretty reasonable. I think some O's fans just overate their prospects. Of course I'm not high on Povich.

First off stuff like this is nonsense an no one does, or should, take it seriously. Secondly, while I don't agree with the offers it isn't outlandish, in theory, to think that one highly (#3 overall) prospect is the equivalent to five lower ranked prospects(62, 65, NRX3).

His speed isn't difficult to gauge. It's 28.6 ft/s. That puts him in a tie for 13th for ML SS. HP to first is 4.26 seconds and he has three bolts.

In a world in which 2016 Britton finished fourth I do not think he has a real chance. Top three I can see. I think there are too many voters that won't even consider it.

The thing is, no one is asking for folks to use spoiler tags. No one is upset when someone doesn't use them. But for some reason you decided to get offended by folks erring on the side of being courteous. It just says a lot that it would for some reason bother you enough to post about it.
