There are teams that would worry about arb prices for a career 125 ERA+ guy.

I just see a future in which they hold him until he gets expensive and they end up with a Gausman/Bundy level return.

That is how you end up paying market rates.

I think folks aren't hopeful that the O's will extend Means. Better to flip him at what we perceive is peak value then let him walk or trade him for a pittance.
