I don't know that. I didn't have a problem so much with them not picking Martin as I did with them reaching as far as they did for Kjerstad. I don't think you can find a post from me strongly advocating for Martin. I would have liked to have seen Lacy or Hancock's contract request. As a top 2 pick we should have some pretty high expectations for Kjerstad. That's what a big part of this sucking is supposed to be for right? Premium talent from the draft?

I was talking about spring training appearances. Spencer Torkelson got into games. I've seen Austin Martin swing a bat. Normally when a college guy gets picked that high you get some eyes on come the next spring training.
