Not that I created the poll, but I think he's probably down the pecking order. I think Mateo and Ortiz are both better SS if you're going defense first, and Henderson is still the better SS defensively if you want more offense from the position

I'm thinking maybe Vavra and McKenna get extra OF at bats, and Phillips is just a bench guy? I'd like to see Stowers up, but I'm ok with Vavra getting some regular at bats too

Seems as if this was very much a temporary you're already on the 40man move...but I have no idea why the Orioles need two plus defensive OF who can't hit on the team. Wonder if the plan is to actually get McKenna more regular AB's...but I'd really prefer Stowers

I think the jump is hard even when you are dominating at Triple-A (see Kyle Bradish), and bringing up Hall to make these kind of starts in the majors would have a domino impact on the bullpen that is detrimental to the team.

I don't understand the need of some around here to rush Hall to Baltimore. Yes I get that seeing him dominate in 1 inning stints as a reliever would be fun, but he obviously has things he still needs to work on. This will also be his first full developmental year since 2019, so that probably shouldn't be surprising.

Ortiz is a plus defensive SS. If he can hit, he's a top prospect. Right now though it's still small sample size on the hitting, and he's old for the level. I'd like to see him move up to Triple-A asap, between 2b/3b/ss there is enough room for Henderon, Westburg and Ortiz (plus the DH)

Tbf to Melanie that’s on the production. She’s up above the plate which is a tough angle on identifying a player switch

So theoretically he could be part of a 4 man outfield rotation. Really been enjoying his AB's

Exactly, he’s going to hit his innings cap regardless. But if you turn him into a reliever you change his routine, and he loses the learning experience of getting through a lineup more then once. Again I don’t think you change halls development plan to provide cover for the ml bullpen. if you think him being up here is the most beneficial for his development, then you probably do it with someone like Voth piggybacking
