Announcers are all about propping up the Brewers. Nice.

From just the body language, it doesn't seem as if McCann was inflamed about anything. Maybe the finger was interpreted as a finger wag.

McCann to Adonis. You're not the only swinging dick in town.

Its kind of funny but I would not doubt if Ortiz has a better year than Holliday. Of course its not likely to have a better career but this season I can see it.
Ortiz did get about 15 games and 33 AB game last year, so he got his jitters out, etc. and there's no huge spotlight on him. Jackson probably would love to be out of the range of the spotlight like Ortiz.

Ethan was wearing one yesterday.
I saw that, but I'm taking about the dad. The kid probably does what he wants.
I think the only time I saw Matt in one was at the signing interview. -
Matt Holliday just won't wear an O's cap, will he? Twice in a knit cap (or toboggan where I'm from) and some Old English Script cap I can't make out tonight in that interview. Did Elias hurt his feelings that much?

LMAO I was thinking the same.
Ever since he played in Durham, I've been calling him that.
Come to the Willy Adonis Show! Ladies Night!

I had to pay the 10 dollars. Can we get refunds?
Write Apple and tell them you purchased it by mistake. You wanted the softball HR derby instead.

I like the mooing. Cal Ripken milk ads are Orioles history.
People with Cow in their name are easy to link to milk. Dig The Cowsills (still one of my favorite bands after seeing them on TV in '68).

That blue and yellow is sharp.
Agreed. It works as a color scheme. Pretty much the same as this. Proven.
Btw, regarding Cowser, when it rains, it pours!

I read some gossip article that said she had Herpes which she got from dating Derek Jeter way back when.
They drank from the same wine cooler.

I don’t expect them to sign him, but that’s still a little disappointing. Seems douchey.
Burnes has the personality of Bedard, eh?

At the plate, Holliday has that little half smile - half smirk that Frazier had last year. Frazier's was more of an Elvis' Lip thing.

I like Hays too but he’s been in a funk going back to June. I don’t see a future for him in Baltimore. He’ll go somewhere else and be a productive player.
Total agreement. His arm will probably continue to be a plus and another team may find that to their liking. Runners find out the hard way not to run on him, but otherwise, the writing is on the wall.

You could say he's the team anchor.
Of course, my analogy works a couple of opposite ways.
And @ArtVanDelay, I like Hays (I did that silly The Ballad of Austin Hays last year).
But he's just in the funk of all funks right now, and even with hard hit balls, no luck. -

The camera work is apparently the same, And there right now they’re having an interview over gameplay which I despise. I don’t want to listen to them having a vapid chat with Corbin Burns while the game is on.
And that second voice on the broadcast is very androgynous. I don’t know who that is but they are terrible.
Yeah, it's not like it's a ton better visually. I watch on a pretty huge screen, too. Maybe it's better on smaller screens for the people replying otherwise on here.

The guy in glasses next to Burnes in this interview looks like Mike Mills from REM.

This whole season.
I posted about it some time ago.
It's neat.
Most of last year, too. I haven't used it this season.

When is the last game they had where there wasn’t at least some rain or snow?
Good point. I do know there's a call for cicadas to come out of the ground sometime later this year. I just hope the groundskeepers at OPACY will have a Terminix contract in hand for that eventuality.

I just discovered 3D mode on the mlb.com gamecast. Has any of you seen this? It is basically like watching a video game re-enactment of the game from the catcher's POV. How long has this been available?
I saw it last year. It was fun to watch on the iPhone while I had it on the TV. It's a pretty cool thing to have if you don't have access to the game. Fun to change angles.

Wells is just a homer machine..another comeback will be needed..for God's sake do we EVER have early shutdown innings?
It'll even out over time. I agree though, that it's just not fun being behind the eight ball so much early in the season.

I can't help but think Fatal Attraction when I see his name. I hope Franklin has better luck with his rabbit and his stove.
