Go get Kopech..and other potential BP additions

Baker is just ORG. depth at this point, I don't question ME, but I'm with you a 100%, those 3 walks against Texas in the Playoffs were as bad as it gets -

Where are you putting all these picthers? Grod and Wells coming back says good bye to Baumann and Akin or Wells to AAA or both if you take on Kopech or Scott both of which is just another good picther, which he have plenty of already. Those AAA guys will need some injueies. -
Sans Injuries, with Bradish and Means being back and Ramirez being DFA and Tate Being optioned< HE not only has to worry about GRod but also as you said Wells> Does Akin option save him? No. Hes the next one gone. The old roster crunch.

I don't expect much from John Means tonight.

Yeah I like John Means I always Have, What a Performance. -
What is your takeaway from the Yankees series?
Safelykept replied to Sports Guy's topic in Orioles Talk
Stanton definitely defines the difference in these 2 teams. He is not even doing his best impression of Miggy or Albert at the second half of their SH contacts, How bout this since his second year (2019) with the Yankees he has made over 135 Million while putting up putting up 4.1 WAR (BBREF). In the meantime one of our favorite whipping boys Dean Kremer, in one year less has put up 3.6 WAR while costing slightly more 2 Million -
I'll forgive him for both if he can keep pitching the way he has. Baker? you will probably see him this Summer in a Shuttle move or 2 to eat non leveraged innings, hopefully not in October.
-
I assume you're talking about about the 3-2 fastball that got hit for a grand slam, it was the 3 batters before that Baker walked and not even being competitive, that was the low point of the season for Me. It was Baker that put him in a Jackpot.

I think the Yankees will destroy Oriole pitching this week...

Also wanted to point out that in you're nailed post from last month when you nailed it that Texas would win the world Series, you forgot to tell how much money you won on that. How does that Fly Today? -

Yeah, I get it,its not an according to Hoyle emptying of the Farm, but everything starts somewhere and Basallo would be a big start. All though I do agree he would be a great addition.
-
Its a Duquette, Peter slash Buck trade, Empty the farm to win today, only problem is there not here anymore, Mike is, so not likely, plus guys that throw 103 Break

Reverse Jinx Keep it Roy, I'm not the only one here that has you're back. -
Other than the fact that he mocked Him. Roy said Those players for a decent pitcher, who could be Dillon Tate or something of the equal. Are you going to get CB, no but you're going to get something north of a coffee maker. Of course he was being Fictitious, and I Did qualify my post as not that it means anything. You're right Its just a message Board and part of what this board does is reminisce about Oriole Lore which many times being about players from the 60's, 70's or 80's. Roy is the only poster Ive read that's knows Miami Stadium. The only thing I asked the board and maybe its the the wrong thread, Do you know the significance of that Stadium or the city of Miami for that matter. I'm 62, still work, Kids in there 20's ask me today? Why are you're an Oriole Fan, You must be from Baltimore, what I tell them is, no I'm not from Baltimore, I'm an Oriole fan because I grew in South Florida. Roy knows, Do you
-
Come on leave Roy alone. He does get sideways but never off the rails. Hes definitely an Orioles fan for Sure. Not that this means anything, but he is the only poster here other than myself that I can recall Referencing The Old Miami Stadium. For all the posters that like to reminiscent, Believe me that Stadium has relevance in Oriole lore. Roy has been there, So have I, Have You? Do you even know the Stadium?

Pitched the same way and with the same effort, when he looked he might lose his job because Wells was hurt and Means and Bradish were weeks away, come on be serious.

This team will make another early exit from the playoffs

Guess you've already forgot about Texas last year. And it was only 6 or 7 months ago,
