Probably not possible, but it'd be nice.   The 1988 team was 5 years removed from a WS title and the Orioles had been the winningest team in the majors for an extended period before the bottom fell out in the mid to late 80s.  

It's a way different climate these days, I don't think the fans would show up but it'd be cool if we could organize something.  This team isn't 0-21 and making national headlines but they're just as pathetic.  

And while they're pathetic and it's easy to be upset and pissed off, I think the guys on this team don't like the losing anymore than we do.  No one likes losing no matter how much money you make.  

Dunno, like I said it's probably not possible in this day and age, but I think Fantastic Fans '88 was one of the coolest sports things ever.
