Dodgers trade all 4 international slots

They sent 3 to Toronto and 1 to Atlanta. Acquired 4 minor leaguers to do so. Going crazy out there with all these waiver claims and buying prospects. Interested to see how many competitive balance picks they manage to acquire via trades.

With the number for four signees unknown the Dodgers total thus far for this international signing period is $22,050,000. Since they only have 700K left in their allotment the current total cost, with the overage tax, is $43,400,000.

The Braves are doing the opposite of what the Dodgers are. They've been extremely active in acquiring international slots for 2016. That's their "Moneyball" statergery. It'll be interesting to see how they end up using their 2016 picks/slots.
