I had more faith in Britton in 2016 than I do with Felix. Not to diminish him in any way but if Britton's 2016 isn't worth a top 10 finish I don't see Felix getting much traction for even a top 5 finish.

Britton finished 11th in 2016.

I think they went over the allotment but ended up spending less than their initial pool. I don't think they've gone over and signed everyone in the top 10 rounds in the same year.

Because guys don't normally develop platoon splits this late into their career so it's probably not a sustainable phenomenon. But I'm sure you know that.
