Throwing 65 pitches in a spring training game and in WBC is literally of no difference, except he will be facing better players in the WBC than fringe minor leaguers every other at bat. He will get 1 start unless they pull off a couple miracle victories, in which would mean Kremer likely pitched lights out. If he pitches ugly they'll be bounced, i prefer Kremer to succeed not get rocked.

If he goes to the plate in the right batters box sure the LF can run back to LF but then the pitcher throws a pitch, Rutsch can switch to left handed, is the LF just going to keep running back and fourth in the 8 seconds or so he has to try to reposition? Lol i surely hope switch hitters do this... as i have looked into it and the batters can switch hands after a pitch.

Wonder wha the odds are where they shift on Rutschman with a RHP and he slowly goes to the right batters box with pitch clock, the defense doesn't have time to get back into position.... heck any switch hitter.
